The Setting. Capable of handling 250+ guests, McGuire’s Millrace Farm specializes in the comfort of your guests and setting a one-of-a-kind ambiance. Sturdy solid oak tables and chairs, antique church pews, oak whiskey barrels, cedar wood benches, fire pits, tents, and ambient lighting are just a few of the many settings available for your special day. Inside or out, your reception is sure to represent your individual style and beauty.
Décor. Your wedding and/or reception will be one-of-a-kind and uniquely you. Nowhere in the world can you recreate the magic and history found at McGuire’s Millrace Farm. Feel free to bring your own décor or use ours and add your special touches. Many of our items are discovered treasures from another era, family heirlooms drenched in history and elegance. We also have several exceptional florists to choose from which can turn our facility into a magical fairy garden.
Catering. Our award winning chef will create a fantastic menu for you and your guests to enjoy. You can choose from hors d’oeuvres on the lawn to a luxurious meal served hot inside the barn. Dressed buffets and a decorated cake area are available to match your colors and theme.
The Toast. The champagne toast is one of the most memorable events of the evening. Let yours be extra special served from our two-piece imported bar with granite countertops. Bring in your own alcohol and we will chill it for your bartender. Also available are two Kegerators, a champagne fountain, and elegant glassware that will accentuate the beauty of your décor.
Entertainment. Wow your guests with live entertainment. We have a talented house DJ that you may use or you may bring in a DJ or band of your preference. Bring in some lawn games of your choice such as bocce ball and croquet, or play on our two sets of cornhole. Shower them with memories with a slide show on our 12’ screen, or take advantage of our fun photo booth props. The possibilities are endless here at McGuire’s Millrace Farm and we will help you plan your entertainment from start to finish.
